The Elite 450 iSR, a narrow-web label inspection, slitting, and rewinding system, offers unparalleled flexibility and high performance. Its ergonomic design, complemented by a rotary slitting cassette with a quick-setup system, allows the operator to optimize setup times. The Elite 450 iSR is a highly efficient and economical solution, incorporating all the essential standard features found in our larger systems. This system can reach speeds of up to 300 m/min, depending on the substrate. The Elite 450 iSR is equipped with a high-capacity unwinder, featuring an ultrasonic compensation cell and an end-of-roll sensor. The unwinder and rewinder tensions are independently adjustable. Once programmed, the operator does not need to readjust them.
